briefpeak is an analytics platform for Shopify merchants. We provide automated business reports, performance insights, and data analysis based on your Shopify store data. Our service includes:

• Auto-generated business digests and reports.
• Performance metrics and trend analysis.
• Email summaries and real-time alerts.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

The briefpeak service, including its design, code, models, and content (excluding your store data), is owned by briefpeak and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our service without prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, briefpeak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy of auto-generated insights or reports. Business decisions based on our analytics are made at your own risk.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable national laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where possible, notifying you by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
